ProSeries NOCO Polymeric Joint - Techniseal

NOCO is the latest innovation in jointing technology from Techniseal, the world's leading provider of hardscape jointing solutions. NOCO is a high compressive strength Polymeric Joint that was specifically designed for the installation of flagstones and other paving materials for which mechanical compaction is not possible or difficult. Its unique formula makes it easy to spread, allowing it to flow smoothly and uniformly down joints.

Contrary to other jointing products available on the market, NOCO does not require the use of a vibrating plate or any other means of mechanical compaction. This allows hardscape experts to save time, money, and effort on natural stone installations, all the while preventing any damage to the material.

Highly resistant, NOCO remains flexible and follows soil movement, which prevents joints from crumbling during freeze/thaw cycles. It also strongly adheres to the inner walls of pavers and stones without ever contracting. This product provides hardscape installations with impervious jointing that repels weed growth and insect infestations. NOCO can be used on both hard base and cement/sand base installations.

Clean, easy, and fast to apply, NOCO is the first true alternative to mortar and stone dust available on the market. Ideal wet cast pavers (such as imitation European Cobblestone), large slabs and false joints; NOCO™ can be used on concrete overlay or cement-sand base bedding. This innovative product is also perfect for Flagstone installations on patios, pool decks, walkways, and terraces in both commercial and residential areas.

• Residential and commercial projects: Follow stone or paver’s manufacturer recommendations.

• Due to the unique nature of this material, it is mandatory that the installation be protected from rain for 24 hours after installation. For wider joints and installation in colder temperature, 48 hours without rain may be required.
• Temperature must be above 50°F for 48 hours following installation.
• Surface and joints must be dry.
• Sprinkler system must be turned off.
• Product must be tested on a small area to insure that texture and color meet expectations.
• Wear appropriate safety gears.
• Do not use this product as capping sand.
• Do not mix product with cement, sand or any other material.
• Wait for a minimum of 7 days after installation and ensure that joint has hardened before cleaning and sealing the surface.
• The use of cleaning devices (high-pressure washer, etc.) is restricted during the first 30 days. It should be noted that too direct and violent jets can create alterations, so it is best to consult the machine manufacturers in order to use the specific accessories with soft jets.
• Not for use on submerged or constantly wet surfaces.
• Joints become soft when humid but become hard again when dry.
• Because product comes from a natural source, color and grain size may vary.
• Do not sweep product over asphalt.
