Luxstone Impregnator Natural Stone Sealer will protect your natural stones. Luxstone Impregnator Sealer penetrates into the pores of your natural stone to form a water and oil repellent barrier. This natural stone sealer is suitable for leathered marble, honed marble, blasted marble, porcelain, travertine, limestone, and other surfaces.
The non-film-forming, permeable composition of this sealer enables for easy application and quick cure while avoiding permanent staining and providing UV protection on natural stone surfaces. You wouldn't even notice Luxstone Impregnator if it wasn't for its remarkable capacity to bead liquids!
Application & Instruction :
- For new concrete tiles, no special preparation is necessary other than making sure the surface is free from waxes, mold release chemicals, moisture or efflorescence that may inhibit penetration of the Sealer.
- For older concrete tiles, pressure clean thoroughly to remove dirt, mildew, algae and any other contaminants. All surfaces must be clean, sound and dry before application.
- Apply one thorough, even coat. Once the Sealer dries it can be recoated in order to achieve a higher sheen.
- Apply with a brush, medium roller, or sprayer (hand pump or airless)
- Apply from the top down on most roofs, taking care not to puddle because of over application.
Please Note :
- This Sealer reacts and cross-links with concrete to form a more waterproof substrate. It will not wash away like water sealers.
- Stops efflorescence from occurring and spoiling the look of colored roof tiles. Because no water can get into the substrate, no salts, or pigments can leach out and cause a “whitish,” washed-out look.
- Retards mold and mildew from forming on roof tiles because of high levels of biocides as well as sealing properties. Mildew cannot attach itself and begin to grow.
- Keeps roof tiles from getting dirty because this Sealer fills the pores in which dirt may attach itself. Sealed concrete tiles will then provide some self-cleaning with wind and rain.
